Christmas 2023 - Extended Returns & Opening Hours
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday (except on UK Bank holidays and any pre-advertised holiday) and delivery is also usually Monday to Friday unless Saturday delivery is selected, there are no deliveries on Sunday or bank holidays.
Delivery is either by Royal mail or courier, usually between 8:00am and 9:00pm.
Parcels may require a signature, any request to leave the parcel in a safe place is at the customers risk.
If your parcel requires a signature, you will usually be sent an email from the courier on the day of delivery with a link to track the parcel (please ensure you give us a valid email address and check your spam folder if no email is found).
Please ensure there is someone available to sign for the parcel, or that you respond to any cards left as you will be charged if the parcel is ultimately returned to us as undeliverable after a reasonable number of attempts to deliver and contact you regarding delivery have been made.
Usually 3 - 5 working days from despatch, delivery by either Royal Mail or courier.

Usually next working day* (orders placed before 12pm, ordered/ delivered Monday - Friday).
Express orders are given priority despatch over standard and priority orders.
Saturday Delivery- £16.99
Orders can be placed on any day of the week up to 12pm (midday) Friday (except bank holidays) for delivery by DHL on the Saturday that week.
Saturday orders are given priority despatch.

Delivery is usually within working days from despatch* and delivered by either Royal Mail or courier.
Express £7.99 (DHL 24)
Usually next working day* (orders placed before 12pm, ordered/delivered Monday - Friday).
Express orders are given priority despatch over standard and priority orders.

All parcels are sent by courier and rates are based on single parcels up to 30kg in weight. You will be sent a tracking number when your parcel is despatched, so please supply a valid email address and check your spam folder if no email is received after we have advised you of despatch.
Please ensure you notify us if your parcel has not been delivered within 3 working days of the expected delivery date as there is a charge for parcels ultimately returned to us as undeliverable.
Please note, if your order contains any liquid or liquid related items (e.g. fly repellent, wound spray, leather dressing) although we do pack them appropriately we are unable to accept any liability if they arrive broken or damaged / they soil other goods within the box or are confiscated by custom
