Please note: The items must show ‘in stock’ at the time of ordering and must not have a dispatch estimate showing against the item when viewing your basket. Orders must be placed before 12pm cut off on the date stated. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent as soon as possible but cannot be guaranteed same day despatch.

Extended Returns Policy:
If you received the goods less that 14 days ago: You are welcome to return your goods for a refund or exchange (provided they reach us within 14 days from the date of this email).
If you received the goods more than 14 days ago but less than 30 days: Our extended returns policy allows goods to be returned, so long as they are back with us within 30 days of delivery and still in the original, undamaged product packaging. You will be issued with a store credit for the value of the goods, valid for 1 year. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights (above).
Extended Christmas returns policy: Orders placed 1st November - 23rd December inclusive. In addition to the above polices, goods received back to us by 16th January latest (and still in the original, undamaged product packaging) will be issued with a store credit for the value of the goods, valid for 1 year.This policy is in addition to your statutory rights (First part of our returns policy).
All returns for unwanted goods are at your expense, and the goods must still be in ‘as new’ condition, with no sign of any use/ wear/ dirt/ hair etc. If you had any free gifts with the items you are returning, please ensure you return them as well. Please ensure your return is properly packed up to protect the goods you are returning, for example using a box, brown paper, plastic or any other form of packaging you see fit to cover and adequately protect the product. Once packed, please either use the address label provided on the returns form of write the address clearly on the outside of the parcel. Please do not stick labels or tape of any kind directly to the product box/ packaging, as we may not be able to accept you return if the product packaging has been damaged or defaced in any way.
All goods remain your responsibility until they are safely restored to us in acceptable condition, as such we always recommend you use an insured and trackable method of return for your peace of mind.
If you are unable to print the Returns Form, a covering letter with all the details needed from the returns form is also acceptable. Please ensure you only use the address provided on the returns form as no other address accepts our returns.
*These are the last dates for orders to be placed on our website for expected delivery on or before Friday 23rd December. Pre-Christmas delivery means the goods will be despatched in time and on a service that is scheduled to arrive on Christmas eve at the latest. If the courier experiences a problem and is not able to deliver on time, this is unfortunately out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for, or compensate for, any deliveries that arrive later than hoped, as we do not specify a guranteed delivery date (we also cannot refund postage costs), so please do order early.
Scottish highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland and some more remote mainland Scottish areas can take at least an extra 1-2 working days to deliver so please order at least 1-2 working days earlier than stated above.
