Keeping our staff and customers safe

We would like to reassure all our customers that during these challenging times, as far as processing and despatching orders goes, it is ‘business as usual’ here at The Saddlery Shop.
We are continuing to take all our responsibilities to both our staff and our customers very seriously and still monitor and adhere to the advice and recommendations from the Government, BETA (British Equestrian Trade Association), and the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses).

Ordering

You can still order online or by phone, and we are still able to offer an optional express service (usually next working day) in addition to free delivery on orders over £75 to most areas of the UK as normal. Ordering online is by far the quickest and easiest way to place an order with us at the moment, but if you do need help, you can still contact us by phone and we will be more than happy to put your order through for you.

Deliveries

DHL and the post office have done, and continue to do an amazing job, and their drivers having been advised and supplied with the appropriate measures to ensure tighter hygiene and keeping risks of transmission to an absolute minimum.
All our delivery partners are continuing to use contactless delivery for everyone’s safety. If you have any special requirements (such as where to leave the parcel, or if you are self-isolating etc), just pop a note in the shipping box during checkout.


We are incredibly grateful to all our customers for their support during this very challenging time, and in turn, we are still here to support you as much as possible. You can still ring or email us for help, advice, or to place an order as usual, and specialist hoof boot enquiries are still be answered through the hoof boot enquiry form as usual.

Our customer service staff are still working from home to keep them as safe as possible, and our current phone hours are 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) to allow them to give the very best service for email enquiries, as well telephone calls. Out of hours, you can leave your name and number on the answerphone, or send us an email and we will get back to you usually within 1 working day.
