Last dates for orders to be placed on our website for expected delivery on or before 24th December 2019 (Christmas eve).
|Overseas delivery (all countries other than UK):||Thursday 12th December|
|UK Standard Delivery:||Tuesday 17th December before 12pm**|
|UK Express Delivery:||Monday 23rd December before 12pm**|
**Scottish highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland and some more remote mainland Scottish areas can take an extra working day at least to deliver so please order at least one working day earlier than stated above.
Please note: The items must show ‘in stock’ at the time of ordering and must not have a dispatch estimate showing against the item when viewing your basket. Orders must be placed before 12pm cut off on the date stated. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent as soon as possible but cannot be guaranteed same day despatch.
We will be processing internet orders on the working days between Christmas and the new year as usual in the warehouse, but the office will be closed for telephone and routine email enquiries from 23rd December 2019 - 1st January 2020 inclusive.
Please note, the office will be active and answering enquiries on Monday the 23rd December until 12pm, but only by email. Orders will be processed and despatched as usual from the warehouse.
Goods purchased directly through www.thesaddleryshop.co.uk (NOT through Amazon or eBay) from 5th November - 23rd December 2019 may be returned (in addition to our standard returns policy) until 15th January 2020 for store credit only. To qualify, items must be returned with all packaging and as new, using our returns form. This does not affect your statutory rights.
*Pre-Christmas delivery means the goods will be despatched in time and on a service that is scheduled to arrive on Christmas eve at the latest. In a very few (usually less than 1%) of cases, the courier experiences a problem/delay/the person is out or the address is not locatable which causes a delay which is beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any kind of delay or missed delivery date, so please do order early! In the unfortunate event that a parcel is delayed, we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible but cannot compensate for late delivery or any associated costs.
Goods purchased through Amazon or eBay and not directly on our website are bound by the 14 days standard returns policy.
