 I discovered another very good use for Keratex mud fever powder over the last few weeks, as a disinfectant 'talc' for inside hoof boots! If like me, you have a horse or pony that has a problem severe enough to necessitate the use of boots over an extended period, there is a chance of bacteria and damp within the foot. A sprinkling of this every morning inside my Shetlands Easyboot Epic Hoof Boots with soft comfort pads has kept her soles looking clean and thrush free!  |
