Last Despatch Dates for Guaranteed Pre-Christmas Delivery*
Last dates for orders to be placed on our website to be delivered by 24th December (Christmas eve) at the latest.
Overseas delivery (all countries other than UK): Wednesday 14th December
UK Standard Delivery: Monday 19th December before 12pm**
UK Express Delivery: Thursday 22nd December before 12pm**
**Scottish highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland and some more remote mainland Scottish areas can take an extra working day to deliver so please order at least one day earlier than stated above.
Please note: The items must show in stock at the time of ordering (i.e. the product when added to your basket shows "In Stock” next to it) and the order placed before the 12pm cut off on the date stated. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent as soon as possible but cannot be guaranteed same day despatch.
We will be processing internet orders on the working days between Christmas and the new year as usual in the warehouse, but the office will be closed for telephone enquiries from Friday 24th December - Monday 2 January inclusive, and will reopen on Tuesday 3rd January 2012 at 9am. Emails will however be answered from the warehouse where possible on working days when packing is taking place.
Extended returns policy:
Goods purchased after 1st November 2011 may be returned (in addition to our standard returns policy) for an exchange (subject to stock) or store credit in the form of a voucher only until 15th January 2012. This does not effect your statutory rights.
*Guaranteed delivery means the goods will be despatched in time and on a service that is scheduled to arrive on Christmas eve at the latest. In a very few (usually less than 1%) of cases the courier experiences a problem/delay/the person is out or the address is not locatable which causes a delay which is beyond our control which we cannot be held responsible for in any way. We will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible but cannot compensate for late delivery.
