Leucillin from horseware is one of the 'next generation' multipurpose sprays that no horse owner should be without! This clear liquid uses hypocholous technilogy (600ppm) and is reach compliant and has numerous uses. Leucillin is PH neutral, non toxic, will not sting (or kill healthy tissue) and is even safe to use on eyes and other sensitive areas. Leucillin contains hypochlorous, which is chemically produced in your body by white blood cells to fight infection. Leucillin can be use to clean and debride wounds, and unlike traditional germicides which only kill 99.9% (log 3) of bacteria (leaving many 10,000's to breed and multiply and develop resistance) Lyvlee Leucillin is greater than 99.99999% (log 7) effective which means out of 1 million bacteria NONE survive. As the body is able to work more on healing and less on killing germs, the wound heals much faster than it would traditionally. This product is ideal for cuts, abrasions, mud fever, thrush, and any other minor infection. Like all germicides, Horsewares Leucillin is not a substitue for veterinary advice or wounds that require stitching etc so if in any doubt about your horses health please consult your vet first!
