Cavallo hoof boots are a hoof boot designed to fit a hoof without a metal shoe. The cavallo simple hoof boot is designed to replace metal shoes, the length and width are the same and will usually accomodate a round, slightly longer than wide or slightly wider than long hoof. They have a wide opening at the top so care should be taken in deep mud and heavy going. Easycare have just released the Easyboot trail boot (see associated products) which we are finding fits a greater variety of shapes and sizes and stays on in all conditions.
