Barefoot is fast becoming a realistic option in the horse world, as the benefits of shoe free feet (and a natural lifestyle) can be seen in a matter of weeks, but last a lifetime. When measuring your horses feet, it is best to do this after a maintainence trim (these should be done approx every 3- 4 weeks depending on workload and the surfaces ridden on etc). Protective hoof boots are very useful for horses in transition, as they allow you to work your horse normally whilst his feet adjust. Once fully transitioned, they are still useful in case you want to do an exceptional amount of work, or on a surface the horse is not used to working on. • Boots sent for exchange must be clean and dry or they will be returned to you at your expense.

If you need your boots asap, order your boots with us either online or over the phone, stating in the comments box (or verbally) that you intend to return another make of boots for a 50% refund within 7 days of placing your order. Please note that if you do not return the boots clean and dry within 7 days of order you will not be entitled to a 50% refund on the boots you have just purchased, and the boots you have sent to us will be returned to you at your expense. This is also the case if a non-qualifying pair of boots is sent to us. Boots must be returned with the form below:

2. You can print off the form above, put 'see attached' as your order number, and include on a seperate sheet your order for a new pair of boots and payment by cheque/postal order (including £4.99 for standard postage, or £8.99 for next day delivery).
